Cancelation Policy

Ecomweb SRL cancelation policy

This document representing the Cancelation Policy and is used together with the "Terms and Conditions" called "TCU".

GOING OUT OF SERVICES

Ecomweb SRL can stop providing the service contracted by the beneficiary, immediately, irrevocably and without prior notification, if:

• You have not respected, violated or mistreated this regulation, including any other Ecomweb SRL regulation or you have not respected the applicable Romanian law.
• You have not respected the conditions regarding the accuracy, clarity and validity of the registration data.
• You did not respond to the communications sent to the email address declared during registration.
• You are engaged in illegal, fraudulent or any type of activities - the sale of products or services that are against the law, or
• You, a representative/employee of yours, a partner (legal person or natural person) or a representative/employee of a partner is involved in a personal name or as a legal representative in activities that prejudice the rights or reputation of Ecomweb SRL.
• You have not paid the value of the contracted service for a period longer than 30 days.

Any termination of the services offered by Ecomweb SRL has immediate effects. Ecomweb SRL can optionally notify the client about the termination of the provision of services.

In addition to the terms mentioned above, any party to this agreement may denounce if:

• any party does not comply with the terms and conditions of this regulation and does not perform all the necessary diligence to remedy the situation within 30 days of receiving the notice from the other party, except for the case of non-compliance with the payment obligation, and non-honoring the obligation for 5 calendar days from the moment of the notice received from Ecomweb SRL.
• the other party is declared bankrupt and the judicial liquidation action has been started.
• the other party is declared bankrupt and the bankruptcy action has been started judicial liquidation if the procedure is not withdrawn within 60 days from the beginning.
• In the event that a state authority brings solid arguments that incriminate this TCU and the service, causing damage to the legal order, Ecomweb SRL may suspend the service without other related obligations.
• In the event that Ecomweb SRL suspends only a part of your Service, as a result of non-compliance with TCU, this does not suspend your obligation to pay the fees in full. If Ecomweb SRL suspends the entire Service, you are obliged to pay the fees related to the use of the service until the date mentioned in the registration agreement , applicable fees also in the case of early suspension.
• You expressly waive other rights and legal protection and conditions that could be in conflict with the terms provided in the TCU.
